TESTIMONIALS

Inon Eliyahu

Hapoel Haifa FC

I began training with Ofir through the recommendation of the late great Michel Natanzon- somewhere in my D3 days. I played then at Kiryat Malachi at the age of 20, always knowing that I wanted to succeed and invest even though I was in a lower league.
During the season, Yuval Ashkenazi joined the team and very quickly we found a common professional and mental denominator.

Ofir simply improved me and turned me into another athlete and it was possible to feel it from moment to moment, the difference in my movement and the strength that began to build there. He worked with me on everything, shaping me in everything related to strength and movement, and also on the mentality and belief we worked together, slowly becoming true soul mates.

Since then we continue day by day on the same path and Ofir does not stop finding new ways to improve me because the work becomes more complex in such stages, but Ofir is Ofir, he is the best in his profession and finds the way. Each time reinventing us anew.

Today I can say with great pride that without my acquaintance with Ofir it is reasonable to assume that I would not have reached this level of professional physicality, and he is an inseparable part of my path and continues to be of course.
I am fortunate to have such a coach at this level, something you don’t encounter today.

I met Ofir about 3 years ago at the fitness facility in Givat Ram. After a long introduction, aligning expectations, and setting goals, we began working together. The start was tough and challenging with many movements I wasn’t familiar with, numerous demands, and most importantly, a lot of thought.

The initial workouts pushed me, but Ofir and I agreed to take a walk in the forest with a cup of coffee to discuss. My main concerns stemmed from fear of adding stress to my training routine and risking injury. We realigned expectations, particularly focusing on the mental aspect, and it was important to Ofir that I knew I was fully committed to the process.

From that moment on, I couldn’t separate myself from Ofir. I started to deeply understand his workouts and began the process of “returning to childhood,” enjoying what I do from a place of love, “returning to the roots” for the true reason I started training: a love for the profession.

The journey with Ofir has been lengthy and challenging, but his exceptional personality makes this process enjoyable, full of learning, and most importantly, always calm—you’ll never hear Ofir raise his voice. Throughout, the coach seeks to upgrade you, and I have improved in both practical and mental aspects through every session.

Ofir has an answer for every question, making almost any relevant topic to athletes accessible in a straightforward manner. He ensures his athletes remain curious, constantly asking questions and learning. For this, I am grateful to Ofir, and I’m certain there’s a long and enjoyable road ahead of us.

My story with Ofir began at the age of 18, when Michel, my mentor and sponsor, who helped and guided me throughout my career, decided that what I needed to improve first and foremost was my speed, agility, and overall appearance on the field.

Michel told me he knew a great athlete from Canada named Sandra who coaches in Jerusalem, and he immediately contacted her. I will never forget my first day at the athletics stadium in Givat Ram, Jerusalem. We took a service taxi to the stadium, and Sandra introduced us to Ofir, the legendary fox, and from there our journey began.

At the beginning of my journey with Ofir, he made sure I was aware of the truth. And the truth was that I wasn’t moving well enough on the field and had a lot of work to do with him! We even joked about how I wasn’t worthy of stepping onto the grass because we had so much to improve.

Training with Ofir constantly improved and developed, we always tried to understand and learn together what I needed to improve to be a better football player on the field.

Beyond Ofir being a coach, he is also a special, amazing person and I will never forget how much knowledge, faith and confidence he provided from his wide heart at the expense of his time, often picking me up from the bus station to the stadium.

It was a great privilege for me to get to know Ofir the coach.
Beyond being a coach with exceptional kindness, he is an amazing person.

From my experience in training, in order to get the most out of our sessions, we need to be in a positive environment surrounded by people who believe in us and encourage us.

Ofir is definitely one of those people, he has given me a lot in many aspects.

His unique training sessions and his distinctive training method are something that can benefit everyone to enhance their performance and upgrade their skills on their way to achieving their dreams.

I met Ofir five years ago.

We started a process that was physical, spiritual, and educational.

Ofir helped me understand that a good coach is not just a coach, but a guiding figure who enters the athlete’s soul to understand which processes the athlete needs to undergo in order to fulfill their potential.

In my case, the mantra that kept repeating itself was to bring back “the child” – the lightness of childhood, a true passion for enjoying personal growth and physical activity on a daily basis. How to enjoy growth and not suffer from it.

I am grateful that our paths crossed and I got to know a remarkable personality before the amazing coach that he is. The importance of proper movement is not just about improving speed, but also preventing injuries and stress caused by incorrect movements we perform as athletes.

Today, I can say that movement comes naturally, almost magically.

I met Ofir a year ago through one of the outstanding athletes at Red Fox (Inon Eliyahu). I witnessed his impressive development and asked him to connect me with Ofir. After a brief interview and several tasks, I joined RFA.

I understood that it’s possible to continuously develop and maximize the body, and that there’s no such thing as a finished creation. Together, we learned how to transform my body into an efficient and effective machine.

Additionally, we grasped the important connection of the mind in understanding material and the need to practice it repeatedly because the mind is the body’s engine. Along the way, I succeeded in bringing my physical abilities onto the field and standing out in the team’s statistics.

I’m sure that if I had the tools I have now in my childhood, I would be in a different place, but it’s better late than never, so I recommend everyone to come and improve themselves.

With all the professional guidance comes Ofir’s personality, which makes the training experience more interesting and challenging. I’m glad I had the opportunity to join Red Fox Athletics and train under the guidance of coach Levi. I wish us all to continue improving every day!

I came to Ofir after hearing how good of a coach he is. Yet as someone who had been through many coaches and always invested in getting the best content.

Training with Ofir was longer than usual, not just because of the excellent content, but because of his approach: “You simply don’t leave until you succeed” – until you do it as needed, so I’m ready with appropriate tools tailored to my dreams as an athlete.

I could write much more, but one of the most deeply engraved and preserved things within me to this day was when I trained for a long period with Ofir at a time when I had no team, when nothing went well for me professionally. I arrived every day for training with sadness and frustration at not finding a team in the country. One sentence he said to me I will never forget in my life: “There are moments when you have to tell yourself enough! Stop! I can’t continue like this.”

Everyone can understand this in a different way. I understood that I needed to act now and make the most courageous decision of my life – I flew abroad to find a team, and the rest is history: three seasons abroad in two different countries, Player of the Season, a big club, and then the top league. Who would have believed it?

I am deeply connected to him, no matter how much time or distance may pass between us. Ofir is a symbol of success for me.

Throughout his personal and professional development, I was repeatedly impressed by his outstanding abilities. Ofir has an exceptional ability to stick to a goal while performing deep and broad thinking on various subjects that may influence his future performances. When something wasn’t clear to him, his curiosity and need to understand the subject wouldn’t let him rest until he found the answer – sometimes leading him to connect with world-renowned experts in the United States (which wasn’t a simple matter in 2005!).

For me, this is the secret to his coaching talent – Ofir truly feels the sensations of an athlete. If you combine these sensations with his uncompromising nature, sharp curiosity, bold desire to give, keen eyes, and rich experience, you’ll discover a treasure trove of knowledge just waiting to be tapped into. Food for thought: Ofir read my doctoral thesis without difficulty, challenging arguments and making insightful comments. He earns the credit I give him anew nearly every day, close to 20 years now.

In conclusion, an uncut diamond may not have high market value, but it’s still a diamond. Perhaps you’re a diamond, perhaps not – but you deserve the opportunity to discover alongside the most suitable person. Ofir isn’t just a sports coach; he’s a life teacher, and great success requires changes in all aspects of life. Aim high, demand more, and join the Red Fox. I promise you’ll uncover facets of yourself you’ve never seen before.

I started getting acquainted with Ofir somewhere around 2012-2013, as a worthy rival, when Ofir decided to join the American football league and prove to everyone that even as a new player in the field and being in the weakest team in the league, he could still be the number one offensive player and become the terror of the sport.
His athletic quality and control of the game swept the league already in his first game.

Developing out-of-the-box thinking, questioning everything that is said, and theoretically suspecting everything I see.

To say that Ofir is a “super coach” would diminish his high rank in the coaching world; “success” is not a goal for him, but rather only part of a never-ending process of self-improvement and the advancement of the athletes who have the fortune to train under him towards complete perfection, with mental, physical control and a full understanding of every important process on the way to this perfection.

I came to Ofir with one clear goal: to improve my physical and athletic abilities. Through my acquaintance with him, I learned that in the athletic world, a picture is worth a thousand words. After years of involvement in sports, Ofir teaches me to look at the world of movement with a third eye, exposing me to new techniques and a genuine mental approach to the world of movement.

As with anything truly good in life, the beginning is not easy or obvious, but you have to trust the coach 100%, and with time, things begin to clarify and the body adopts the new and high-quality path.

What helped me especially is knowing that Ofir himself has walked this path and achieved incredible results. Facts speak for themselves, and these are the kind of people I choose to follow.

How can I explain what this person has done for me? This relationship has been unfolding since 2014 when we first met at Kraft Stadium in Jerusalem, Israel.

I learned to control the workload of an athlete, from mental work, physical work, maintenance, and nutrition to advance myself on the path I directed.

Ofir always saw me as an individual; he focused and adapted to my needs and my strengths and weaknesses, including learning methods and preserving techniques tailored to my tastes and intellectual abilities.

Thanks to him, I grew and acquired other abilities along the way to create better conditions and a more attractive case when the time came to experience colleges in the United States.

In the same way, he was there before me when I underwent surgery a few months before my football camp in the United States. He prepared me, both mentally and physically.

We dreamed about results, and turned them into reality. The future was planned, but history was engraved. And now all that remains is to say thank you. Thank you for taking me under your wing and being a major contributor to what I have become and achieved.”

Johnny Elias

Mr. Israel, Vice Mr. Universe

I met Ofir Levi in 2010, and I began my journey in sports as a trainee like everyone else at the gym.

However, this is where my personal story begins. I was very thin and felt a strong need to build muscle mass. I started Ofir’s ‘Beginners’ program, and after a total of 14 months in the gym, I stood on a bodybuilding stage for the first time. Although I didn’t completely change my ‘dimensions’ and still had the lowest weight among the competitors, it didn’t stop me from taking first place.

Under Ofir’s guidance and thorough consultation, the conclusion was clear: changing my genetics would take time, if at all possible. Therefore, we needed to work hard and reach a point where I could overcome competitors despite their weight advantage over me.

Indeed, it worked. After about three and a half years in the gym, I became the champion of champions and then the vice Mr. Universe in Germany for bodybuilding athletes. Additionally, we worked on powerlifting programs that proved successful, and I set a personal record for bench press at 2.1 times my body weight.

My gratitude and appreciation go to my trainer, who is undoubtedly number one both professionally and personally in helping athletes cope with the pressure of competition.
Wishing you all success with Ofir.

Ari Cohen

Senior Sport Performance Coach - Berlin Germany

I came to Ofir as a young coach who had experienced a career-ending injury. I wasn’t in a good place in life and didn’t quite know where I was going, both as a coach and as an athlete.

Ofir isn’t just an instructor; he’s a coach and a soul mentor. He sees into your soul, finds the essence, and knows how to bring out fruitful and high-quality results. Ofir didn’t just teach me what movement is; he taught me how to think about sports and the world around me in a curious and philosophical way.

He changed my entire approach to sports and performance, and to this day—12 years into my coaching career, with championship athletes under my belt—I consult with him and am influenced by the experiences I had as his trainee and student.

Not only will Ofir always be my coach, but I am proud to say he is my friend. I would add that if anyone has the opportunity to train with Ofir, it’s a physical, mental, and spiritual experience that will change their life as an athlete and as a person

Sandra Marcantonio

Sprinter - Canada National Team

When I first met Coach Ofir Levi almost a decade ago in 2013, I was pleasantly amazed at his intense study and implementation of the coaching methods of the late Coach Charlie Francis.

Charles Merrick Francis was a Canadian Olympic sprinter and sprint coach most noteworthy for being the trainer of sprinter Ben Johnson, Angella Issajenko, Mark McKoy, and Desai Williams.

I found it incredible that a young and innovative coach such as Levi was immersed in the use of the coaching methods of Francis both on himself and on his student athletes.

What I find most notable about Coach Levi is the way in which he helped me in my athletics training in Jerusalem, but also in life in general! As a foreigner in a new land, the helping and welcoming hand of a caring coach is always welcome.

Levi’s genuine care for his student athletes is evident in the way he approaches their coaching programs, but also in the way he makes himself a humble and faithful friend for life. I must also applaud Coach Levi’s ongoing use of motivational techniques, sports medicine science, training and conditioning methodology and pure fun and enjoyment.

He brings life to his squad. I have no doubt that Coach Levi and Red Fox Athletics will continue to shine brightly as a positive force for young athletes within Israel and beyond.
